What types of personal information do we collect?

We may collect the following categories of personal information (a) directly form you (such as when you create an account or contact us), (b) from third parties if you access the Services through third parties (e.g., Facebook or Google), or, if you share content from the Services to a third-party social media service, the third-party service will send us certain information about you (if the third-party service and your account settings allow such sharing), (c) from the device and browser that you use to access the Services, and (d) from cookies and similar technologies.

We may collect your name, account username and password, email address, postal address, and phone number.

Professional and Employment Information
We may collect professional or employment information (e.g., title and employer) from you if you post such information to your profile. If you apply for a job with us, we collect professional, employment, and education information, including your resume and other information to verify your qualifications.  

Demographic Information
We may collect demographic information, such as your age or birthdate, gender, gender identity, gender expression, and marital status, if you choose to include this information in your profile.

User-Submitted Information
We may also collect other information you submit to us or post to your profile, including, for example photographs, hobbies and interests, and information pertaining to your dating history.

We may collect device information when you visit our websites or interact with our mobile application. Device information may include your IP address, browser type, device type, and geolocation information.

Internet Activity
We may collect information concerning your interaction with the Services, including the pages of our websites that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics, and whether you reached our website through a social media or email campaign.

How do we share personal information?

To Users or the Public with Your Consent. We may share your username, profile information, and posts with other users with your consent. The settings you choose will determine how much information is shared with other users and/or the public.

Affiliates and Service Providers. We share your information with our third-party service providers and any subcontractors as required to offer you our products and services. The service providers we use help us to:run, operate and maintain our Services through third party platform and software tools;perform content moderation and crash analytics;run marketing campaigns; perform marketing analytics;provide measurement services and target ads; and,provide technical and customer support.

How do we respond to "Do Not Track" signals?

Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. DNT is a way for users to inform websites and services that they do not want certain information about their webpage visits collected over time and across websites or online services. At this time, we do not recognize or respond to browser-initiated DNT signals.


We store certain information that gets collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies. A cookie is a small text file that a website saves on your computer or mobile device when you visit the site. Although we use analytics and advertising cookies (and similar technologies) on our websites, we do not use these categories of cookies (and similar technologies) in our mobile application.You can prevent the use of certain cookies by modifying your Internet browser settings, typically under the sections “Help,” “Internet Options,” or “Settings.” If you disable or delete certain cookies in your Internet browser settings, you may still access our websites, however, you might not be able to access or use important functions or features of our websites, and you may, for example, be required to re-enter your log-in details.

Marketing Opt Out: We may use your personal information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in any email we send, or you can contact us using the contact details provided in the “Contact Information” section below. You will still continue to receive service-related messages concerning products and services you have purchased (unless we have indicated otherwise).

Third Party Marketing. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request information regarding the disclosure of your personal information to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. Children's privacy

The services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. As such, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the contact details provided in the Contact information section below. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.

Data security

We maintain reasonable technical and organizational measure to protect personal information from loss, misuse, alteration, or unintentional destruction. However, no website, application, or transmission can guarantee security.
